Jack Ferrell
VP of Operations, Cii Roanoke
Jack joined Cii Service in 1972 as a service technician. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1968 with an Associate Degree in Engineering Technology. Jack has over 40 years of commercial and industrial HVAC experience servicing, repairing, overhauling HVAC controls, chillers & boilers. Jack’s current position is Vice President of Operations of Cii Service of Roanoke, Inc. of which he is part owner.
Curtis Edwards

Curtis joined Cii Service in 1984 as a service technician. He has 34 years of experience in electrical, heating, cooling, controls, repairs and service. Curtis has Master HVAC, Master Electrical, Master Gas Fitters, Master Plumber licenses. Curtis’s current position is Vice President of Operations of Cii Service of Charlottesville, Inc. of which he is part owner.
Kevin Rogers
Director of Building Automation & Energy Management
Kevin joined Cii Service in 2001 as a service technician. He has 16 years experience installing and servicing air conditioning, refrigeration, heating systems and pneumatic, electromechanical, and digital controls. Kevin has an Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Controls from Tidewater Comm. College. He is Tridium Ax Certified, LonMark Certified Professional and has a Virginia Electrician Master License. His current position is Director of Building Automation & Energy Management.
Daniel Culver

Daniel joined Cii Service in 2008. He has 23 years commercial HVAC and electrical trades service experience. Daniel completed Local #26 IBEW electrical apprenticeships at Northern Virginia Community College. His current position is Branch Manager of Cii Service of Roanoke, Inc.
David Lemieux, Sr.
Branch Manager, Northern Virginia
David joined Cii Service in 1979. He has 36 years of commercial experience servicing heating, cooling, mechanical and control systems. David has an Associate Degree in Air Conditioning Engineering from J. Sergeant Reynolds Community College. He was an instructor for Advanced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Chesterfield Technical Center, and Heat Pump and 3rd Year HVAC BOCA Code at Richmond Technical Center. He has a Master Mechanical, Master Gas Fitters license for the State of Virginia. His current position is Branch Manager of Northern Virginia.

Ed joined Cii Service in 1986. He has 27 years commercial, industrial and institutional HVAC experience. He has an Associate Degree in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning from Old Dominion University. He holds North Carolina licenses in Heating Contracting H-2, Heating Contracting H-1, Heating Contracting H-3 Class I, Electrical Contracting SP-PH and Refrigeration Contracting. His current position is Branch Manager of Cii Service of Greensboro, Inc.

Mark Woodcock
VP of Operations / ESI Manager
Mark joined Cii Service in 1974. He has 42 years of commercial experience in heating, cooling and temperature control service and installation. Mark completed refrigeration and electrical land oil burner classes at Richmond Technical Center. He was also an instructor in HVAC for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning at the Richmond Technical Center. Mark attended Carrier Factory Centrifugal Disassembly & Reassembly School, Trane CenTraVac Electronic Controls School, Andover Controls Configuration School, and Carrier CCN Application & Programming School. He is also certified as a Commercial Energy Efficiency Auditor. Mark holds a State of Virginia Master HVAC and Gas Fitters card. His current position is VP of Operations / ESI Manager.
Gabriel Guglielmo

Gabriel joined Cii Service in 2008. He has 30 years commercial experience in industrial and institutional HVAC service, installation and repair. Gabriel completed Heating, Air Conditioning, & Refrigeration at Lincoln Technical Institute. His current position is Regional Manager of the Richmond and Hampton Roads area.
